1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Customised or personalised products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
3. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is the responsibility of the customer (unless the item was faulty or damaged upon arrival).
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.
